Hi, this is Thom, the “T” in TDHoch. Due to factors beyond my control, I’ve been forced to change to a different blogging service. My webhost is Yahoo! and their lack of concern for long-term bloggers by NOT providing regular updates to the blogging software I’ve been using has created a condition in which the security of the blog is becoming more and more tenuous. It’s a long story but let me assure you this is a necessary change.
The new host for The RV Sabbatical Journal is called Blogger. I’ve been working with this service for the past few weeks and they offer what I need in a blogging tool. It’s simple and it’s flexible.
What you need to do:
1) If you have “shortcuts” or “links” pointing directly to the old blog address, you should update them to the new blog: tdhoch.blogspot.com
2) If you use the menu on the Front Page of our website, www.tdhoch.com to get to The RV Sabbatical Journal blog, you need do nothing. Those links have been changed already and are pointing to the new location.
Remember, the NEW ADDRESS to the RV Sabbatical Journal Blog is: tdhoch.blogspot.com
Please make note of it and update your links and shortcuts accordingly.
Effective today, I will no longer update the old blog.
